House #9 "After" Pictures

The rehab on House #9 is complete and since my last update it is under contract and we expect to have it sold by the end of August (knock on wood). As you will see from the pictures we did not leave anything untouched with this house and pretty much either replaced or upgraded everything.

Take a look at all the before pictures so you can see the dramatic difference.

New roof, new paint, new garage door, all new windows and
fresh landscaping.

Living room 1

Old dining room
Dining Room. Note the difference in the window makes
in terms of view and the light it lets in.

Old kitchen

Everything you see here is new except for the drywall.
We even upgraded to granite countertops and bamboo
floors, my favorites.

Old 2d living room

Note the changes to the fireplace which we managed
to refurbish very nicely instead of replacing.

Old master bath
Master bath now. We refinished the tub and then replaced
 everything else.

Old hallway bath.

Hallway bath

We replaced the columns and footings on the deck and
painted it. We also added privacy fence all the way
around and covered the ground with wood chips.

Because this rehab was so extense we went a bit over budget with this one. But it seems it was worth it due to the overwhelming response we had the moment we put it on the market. So hopefully this contract will see us to the closing table and the buyer can enjoy this very nice house.
